PERFORMANCE ADAPTABILITY

A journey that began in 1969 when Erroll and Gayle Cook used their first Simmental bulls has evolved into a family seedstock business that markets bulls and females in many states.

Located in the short grass country of extreme southeast Colorado, Erroll Cook, along with his three sons, Chad, Brent, and Brad market approximately 100 yearling Simmental and SimAngus black and red bulls in their annual All Terrain Bull Sale held in March.

Bridle Bit Simmentals is proud to work hand in hand with the American Simmental Association collecting data on every animal born for generations of cow families. Receiving a perfect score on the ASA Performance Advocate Program in 2014 is quite an honor.
